We dispatch our fish across the whole of the UK. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resolve any issues within 24 hours. They will be packed with dry ice in a polystyrene box, which ensures your fish is still frozen when you receive it. Please leave your name and number and we will get back to you.Īll orders will be dispatched by overnight carrier.
Telephone contacts will be dealt with as quickly as possible (between 9 am – 3 pm Monday – Friday, or 24/7 answerphone). However, just to be safe, we will guarantee to get back to you within 24 hours.
Our first and last job every day is to check our post and emails, therefore, whenever possible, we will reply the same day to any enquiry we have.
